Changing or Cancelling an Online Order
Generally you cannot add or delete items to an order once it has been submitted. A new order needs to be created for additional items.
You should however view your order status. If the order status is ‘Order being processed’ you can contact the Customer Service Centre on 1300 366 644 and they confirm whether there is still time to modify or cancel the order.
If you want to cancel your order but it has already been processed, you may still be able to return the product.
