Online Product Availability
You can see a product's online availability on the relevant product details page.
If the product is available to be purchased online it will have a green 'add to cart' button.
If the product says it is on Backorder this means that we have temporarily run out of stock. A date is normally given of when we expect new stock to arrive. You can still purchase products on backorder. Read our Online Backorders Policy to find out more.
Most items are available to buy online. If the product is not available online, it should be available in store.
Dick Smith does not offer Rainchecks for products sold online.
Store versus online range
Product selection on our website may vary from our retail stores. Some products with limited stock remaining may only be found in a selection of stores. Also, we can offer a broader range online as we are not limited by physical shelf space.
Limited quantities
Dick Smith may sometimes limit quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions include orders placed from the same Dick Smith account or credit card, and sometimes even orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit quantities sold, including the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.
