Store Product Availability
You can see a product's in-store availability on the relevant product details page online.
If the product is ranged in our stores it will have a grey 'check store stock' button.
To see which stores currently have an item in stock near you, or to check availability at a specific store, click this button. You will be prompted to enter your suburb, city or postcode.
Dick Smith stores may offer Rainchecks when advertised products are out of stock.
In some cases the stock may be in an unsuitable condition (eg ex-display) or unable to be located, so we recommend you confirm stock availability with the store itself before physically visiting the store. You can do this by clicking the grey 'view store details' button and using the contact details displayed.
Store versus online range
Product selection on our website may vary from our retail stores. Some products with limited stock remaining may only be found in a selection of stores. Also, we can offer a broader range online as we are not limited by physical shelf space.
